Excellent for health, green beans accompany both fish and meat. How to choose and cook? Follow our advice.

Green beans: choose them well

  • Prefer fine beans, without son.
  • If you can not find it in the fresh section, use frozen foods.

How to cook them?

  • Give preference to steaming which preserves flavor and nutritional value.
  • If not, cook them in a little water but reintegrate it into one of its dishes: this is where the mineral salts of food are found.
  • Cook them to perfection Your toddler is too young to cook al dente.
